Q: Who is You Just Got Oranged?

A: We are a female-led black-owned business, here to attract, inspire, and assist female-led startups and female entrepreneurs flourish.

Q: What does You Just Got Oranged do?

A: We create beautifully crafted and functional marketing collateral designs, develop identities for brands, and web design.

Q: Where is You Just Got Oranged based?

A: We are based in San Jose, CA, with members of our team working together remotely from locations across the U.S. Through the power and convenience of modern communications we work closely with clients all over the U.S., and around the globe.

Q: How will investing in your services benefit my business?

A: We aren't just here to tell you want you need. Together, we cultivate and develop your brand based on your strengths, passions, and values. Our process speaks to how we see who you are as an integral role in the development of your brand's identity. 

Q: Can You Just Got Oranged offer me a discount?

A: Our services are competitively priced in order to benefit startups and small businesses as much as we possibly can, and as such we are not able to offer further discounts regardless of circumstances.

Q: How much do you charge for your services?

A: Each project is different. Following a detailed discussion, we'd be very pleased to provide you with a quote. There are exceptional circumstances in which additional costs can arise while the project is underway - you will always be notified of these additional costs as early as possible, and the choice about whether to proceed or not will always be yours.

Q: What are the payment arrangements?

A: Payment arrangements are dependent on the length of the contract. 

Typically, we request a 50% deposit at the start of the project, followed by the final 50% when the project is concluded and all materials have been approved and/or delivered.

 

Payments can be made by credit or debit card, or wire transfer via Honeybook. International clients are asked to cover any bank charges that may be incurred as a result of making payments in a foreign currency.

Q: How long does it take to complete delivery of your services?

A: No two branding projects are the same and timelines vary. Some projects are completed exceptionally quickly, while others take much longer than anticipated.

 

We aim to deliver in a timely manner. But this depends on a number of factors, such as how long you feel you need to consider your feedback at each stage, how many rounds of revisions are required, and the scope of the revisions.

 

If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let us know and we will always do our very best to accommodate you.

 

Q: How will You Just Got Oranged communicate with me?

A: Typically, we will communicate to you via email, telephone, and virtual online meetings. Should you wish to schedule a face-to-face meeting, we'd be delighted to meet with you at a mutual location or at your premises subject to appropriate fees.

 

Q: Who owns the logo and other materials that You Just Got Oranged developed for my business?

A: You will own your logo and other materials developed by us. You Just Got Oranged will hold licensing rights to use your logo and other materials for portfolio purposes. 

Q: How do I provide feedback on my designs deliverables?

A: When we send your design recommendations, you will also receive a feedback form to fill out to make comments on the designs. Clients must complete the feedback form to make comments. Please complete the feedback form within 72 hours of receipt. Using the feedback form helps in providing a quick turnaround for your deliverables. You may also provide feedback during your scheduled check-in meeting.
